Registration Guides:

  • Regular Author: Submitting full paper to publish in conference proceeding and present your research on the conference.
  • Student Author: Providing a valid certificate and/or the ID student card from their departments/universities.
  • Additional Page: If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages should be paid at 50 USD/ page.
  • Additional Paper: One author can only present 2 papers.
  • The accompanying person can not participate at the scientific and/or paralell sessions of the conference.

Registration fees are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) for Local Participants and USD (American Dollar) for International Participants.

One registration fee is valid for one paper only.

Only authors with full paper can present in the parallel sessions.

Cancellation policy

  • Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail (i-trec@ui.ac.id)
  • There are no refunds on meeting registrations for cancellations
