All full papers should be written with a minimum of 5 pages and a maximum of 6 pages total without incurring additional page charges. Papers with more than 6 pages are accepted with an additional charge of USD 50 for each additional page.
To submit your full paper, you can just click your abstract and replace the old file with the new one and fill in the form, or you can use the menu Add Supplementary File with the same way. Hopefully this will help.

Guideline for oral and poster presentation the 2nd i-TREC 2017
Please note that the time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including questions and answers.
PowerPoint slides for presentation on a LCD video projector are recommended.
Oral presentation rooms will be equipped with the following items:
Notebook computer running WINDOWS operating system, with MS Office 2007, Acrobat Reader 8.0
An LCD video projector
We recommend that presenters bring their presentation file in a format compatible with one of the above applications, and stored in a USB thumb drive (flash disk).
Alternatively, they can use their own notebook computer. If you choose to use your own notebook computer, we recommend that you bring a backup copy of the presentation in a CD-ROM or a USB thumb drive
Presenter desks will be provided in the venue during the conference starting on Welcome Drink on October 2, 5 – 6 pm upload your presentation. An assistant will be in the room to help you.
