You must first register at Universitas Indonesia conference website before submitting your abstract and or paper. If you have already registered and have an account, please submit your abstract here.

Full Paper

The deadline for Full Paper Submission is August 30th, 2017. Please find the template (doc) for full paper submission here.

All full papers should be written with a minimum of 5 pages and a maximum of 6 pages total without incurring additional page charges. Papers with more than 6 pages are accepted with an additional charge of USD 50 for each additional page.

To submit your full paper, you can just click your abstract and replace the old file with the new one and fill in the form, or you can use the menu Add Supplementary File with the same way. Hopefully this will help.

Submission Checklist:

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check their submission compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Submission of an article is understood to imply that the article is original and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

  • Submission also implies that all authors have approved the paper for release and are in agreement with its content.

  • The manuscript file complies with the given template and has been saved in Ms.Word format.

Only accepted and presented paper will be considered in the 2nd i-TREC 2017 publication. Non-presented paper will not be published

Guideline for oral and poster presentation the 2nd i-TREC 2017


Please note that the time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including questions and answers.

PowerPoint slides for presentation on a LCD video projector are recommended.

Oral presentation rooms will be equipped with the following items:

  • Notebook computer running WINDOWS operating system, with MS Office 2007, Acrobat Reader 8.0

  • An LCD video projector

We recommend that presenters bring their presentation file in a format compatible with one of the above applications, and stored in a USB thumb drive (flash disk).

Alternatively, they can use their own notebook computer. If you choose to use your own notebook computer, we recommend that you bring a backup copy of the presentation in a CD-ROM or a USB thumb drive

Presenter desks will be provided in the venue during the conference starting on Welcome Drink on October 2, 5 – 6 pm upload your presentation. An assistant will be in the room to help you.


  • AC Voltage is 220 V in Indonesia

The connector from the LCD projector to your computer is limited to a D-sub 15 pin male connection


Presenter for poster does not need to submit the poster softcopy file. Presenters must bring the poster.

You will be provided with a poster board to mount/display your poster. The maximum permitted dimensions for your poster is A1 size.

Posters MUST be in Portrait format. Your poster code will be indicated on the board.

Please note that the width of poster board may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

You will be provided with the material to mount your poster onto the board

Setting Up and Removing Posters

Presenters are responsible for the dismantling of their posters. Posters left behind after 6 pm will be disposed of and are not the responsibility of the organizer.
